Based in Fano on Italy’s East coast and directly connected to the Adriatiac Sea is Filippetti Yachts. The yacht builder yesterday announced the launching of its first F93 model which is destined for a North American client, expected to be delivered over the coming weeks.

The F93 is designed in collaboration with Fulvio De Simoni and is built as a flybridge model for the first unit. The yacht is said to combine the spaciousness and freedom of the outdoors of a flybridge yacht with the sporty and aggressive styling of a hard top fast cruiser. The result is an athletic yet elegant affair finished with a crisp white metallic exterior.

The lower deck is dedicated to the yacht’s four guest cabins. The full beam master suite is positioned amidships with a VIP cabin in the bow, separated by a twin and double cabin. Crew quarters are placed directly aft of the master cabin and features space for three crew members and a spacious galley that connects to the main deck through an interior staircase.

The first Filippetti F93 is propelled by Arneson surface drives and 2,638 hp MTU engines designed to deliver an exhilarating top speed. A conventional shaft drive propulsion package is also on offer for future models.

Filippetti launches first F93 for American owner

The Filippetti Yacht shipyard has recently announced the start of construction for the second Navetta 26 superyacht. Both interior and exterior design has been undertaken with fellow Italian brand, Hot Lab, with her experienced owner being heavily influenced in several aspects of her initial imagining.

Usually with a four or five cabin configuration, the latest Navetta 26’s owner has opted for a unique two cabin layout, accommodating just four guests over a master suite and VIP suite both located on the lower deck. Both cabins are equipped with large rectangular windows that illuminate the entire room and provide stunning views.

Two other specific requests in which had a substantial effect on her design included the desire to navigate her throughout the year in Northern Seas, as well as the ability to manoeuvre the boat without the constant assistance of a professional crew.

Explaining how Filippetti adapted to these requests, the team state: “Given that one of the hallmark features of the Filippetti Navetta Series is the abundance of natural light that illuminates the boat through large glass windows, it was critical that this design aspect be maintained. In order to achieve this and ensure comfort in the harshest of climates, special attention was given to the thermal insulation of the windows.”

In regards to the latter request, Filippetti has taken a series of measures to ensure that the boat can be handled independently, reducing operating costs and increasing on board privacy. Four remote command locations - two forward and two aft of the main deck - have been installed to facilitate anchorage manoeuvres in addition to the main helm on the upper deck. This Navetta has also been outfitted with a mobile station autopilot, making it possible to manage the boat remotely. A crew of two are accommodated aft on the lower deck.

The custom aspects of the build has allowed Filippetti to introduce a new fly deck configuration to the market. New owners can choose between the open version of the fly deck, featuring a wide terrace with a bar, sundeck and a dining area that can be covered by a canopy, or a closed version, offering a spacious living room perfect for entertaining guests, complete with a kitchen, large bar, and adjustable dining table.

She is powered by twin MAN R6 engines with a range of 3,000 nm. Other vessels currently under construction at Filippetti Yacht include the Flybridge F93 and the Sport 55.

Second Filippetti Navetta 26 under construction

Filippetti Yachts, operating from Mondolfo in Italy, have reveled their latest design, the Navetta 35. The 35 metre project, designed by Hot Lab, has been developed to adhere to the strictest environmental standards, without sacrificing guests’ experiences with large deck spaces and a high level of comfort.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/155736/image/large-96d2afc0262857bcbdc8e7fcc128da49.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/155736">The tri-deck superyacht will present a distinctive image, with a mix of sporty and elegant lines, with a wide bridge deck and forward facing windows for the master cabin on main deck below. Filippetti Yachts unveil Navetta 35 design

Launched in June of this year, the Filippetti Navetta 30 superyacht is part of the company’s green line, and aims for maximum comfort whilst maintaining the utmost respect for the environment. To this, Giovanni jokes, “We’re crazy, you know!” before continuing on a serious note. “We already had some clients that came from Pershing and some other brands, and we had the knowledge, the people and the big factories. We thought this is the same situation my father was in 30 years ago - why shouldn't we start again? And that’s what we did. The market was very slow in the last five years, but our company is a family company and we don’t need to build ten boats a year. The fly bridge boat is being built for an American client, and will feature two large engines, as well as a more aggressive style and shape than previously seen from the shipyard. Filippetti releases interior renderings of first Navetta 30

Currently under construction for a spring lauch at Filippetti, is the Navetta 30. The Filippetti Navetta 30 under construction

The Italian shipyard Filippetti will bring the Navetta 26 to Shanghai for the 17th edition of the CIBS (China International Boat Show).
