Inspired by the triangle as a symbol of equilibrium, Aether’s lines converge toward a notional vanishing point beyond the visible plane, suggesting infinite continuity. “We are referring to the concept of convergence in a fictional or imaginary space, as happens in more advanced geometry,” added Petromanolaki. “The lines seem to meet at a point that is impossible to see or pinpoint in our common plane, in the Aether.”The result is a sleek, sculptural form with flowing lines and a strong sense of motion. The yacht has been envisioned for owners who value exploration, elegance and timeless luxury. Greek designer Ira Petromanolaki has send us his latest concept, superyacht i41, a minimalist and sporty 40.5-metre motoryacht. SuperYachtTimes.com spoke with Ira, who explains the concept; "The intention was to create a contemporary design that combines luxury and innovation". Ira continues; "The concept’s fundamentals consisted of a yacht that could refer to motion. This guide line proceeded to a design with strong features and a dynamic appearance". <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/137946/image/large-35270450d123eb8d44e4ad81eec8a15a.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/137946">The yacht features large glass surfaces, which provide great views from all of the yacht’s 6 guest cabins, located on the lower- and main deck. Ira explains “In order to enhance comfort and pleasure in the interior, an important thing is to utilize the sunlight and create luminous atmosphere in every single space of the yacht".
