Charter deal of the week: the 43m superyacht Bina 

In this series of articles, we take a look at the best charter deals currently on offer in some of the best cruising hotspots of the world. What, Why, Where and Who forms the basis of the articles. This week we look at the 43.25-metre superyacht Bina available for charter with Edmiston in various destinations in the Caribbean for the remainder of the winter season and throughout the Western Mediterranean over the summer season.

What is on offer?

Built by the Italian shipyard Mondomarine in 2006, the 43.25-metre superyacht Bina underwent an extensive interior and exterior refit from 2015 to 2016. Featuring exterior design from the Italian Studio Ruggiero, its newly refurbished interior design is the work of the team from MNS Design Studio.

Bina accommodates up to 12 guests across one master suite with a wonderfully light interior thanks to her large expansive windows, two full-beam VIP staterooms and two twin cabins, as well as an experienced crew of 10, thus ensuring a comfortable and blissful stay on board. In terms of performance, Bina is powered by twin CAT 3508B engines providing her with a top speed of 16.5 knots, a cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 4,500 nm at a speed of 12 knots.

Why do we think this is such a good deal?

With its complete multi-part refit in 2015, Bina offers the ideal charter yacht experience to its guests, whether seasoned charters or first-timers. The superyacht now displays a modern colonial beach house interior design, with a lot more natural light and a cosier feel, as well as an expansive sundeck, featuring a Jacuzzi circled by sun pads, sun loungers, bar and dining area. Bina’s interior lounge spaces and exterior deck areas are purposefully designed to cater well for groups, with nested seating areas which encourage conversation and socialising.Its extensive water toy chest, which includes a Zapata Racing Flyboard and a triple-deck attachable inflatable water slide, will enable its guests to live their lives to the fullest in the waters of both the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

When is she available?

Bina is available for charter for the remainder of the winter season in the Caribbean. She will then return to Europe this summer where she will be available throughout the Mediterranean. Prices start at a rate of €150,000 per week.

Charter deal of the week: the 43-metre superyacht Bina

With the 25th edition of the Monaco Yacht Show kicking off today, the editorial team of SuperYacht Times presents a roundup of 10 of the most exciting must see superyachts at this years event.Romea<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/156294/image/large-9958fcd27390a6a216f7cc63a7fbb8a0.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/156294">Built by Abeking &amp; Rasmussen and delivered to her owner in June this summer, Romea is the second largest superyacht present at the Monaco Yacht Show this year. Measuring 81.80 metres, she features both interior and exterior design by Terence Disdale who also designed her sistership, Kibo. She accommodates 12 guests on board, with features including two cinemas; one in the main salon, and another outside on bridge deck aft, and a spa saloon on the upper deck. Coming in under the 500 GT threshold, she is powered by two MTU 8V 4000 M63 diesel engines, giving her a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 4,000 nm at 12 knots. Suerte comprises of 1,400 Gross Tons and is constructed with a high tensile steel fore section. Constructed in steel and aluminium with a GT of 1,075, she accommodates up to 12 guests as well as a crew of 15. Launched in March, she features naval architecture and exterior design by Espen Oeino, and is the fourth yacht to be launched by Silver Yachts since 2007. MYS Exclusive: The top 10 must see yachts at MYS

Tankoa Yachts announced earlier this week that the 69 metre Suerte was successfully launched at their shipyard in Genoa. The yacht will be ready for delivery mid-August 2015 and officially be introduced to the public and yachting industry during this year’s Monaco Yacht Show in September.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/155186/image/large-6b3964c55dca19773326e8540afa355e.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/155186">The shipyard reports that all technical tests of the hydraulic systems onboard including stability tests with R.I.N.A. and Lloyds’s were successfully passed. Following the safe installation of the Suerte's toys and owner’s supplies in August, the yacht will embark on cruising the Mediterranean Sea.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/155187/image/large-0a0b12fb94eb616fc9eaf40b610453c5.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/155187">Following the launch, Eduardo Ratto, GM of Tankoa commented, “Achieving such perfect balance during a firts launch happens once every 40 new launches. I am truly and sincerely emotional about it because this is our first yacht as Tankoa and despite our impressive technical office, the highest level of professionalism of our engineers and our background in yacht building there are always some unforeseen factors that can affect balance at the time of first launching.
